What is Spyware?

There are different names for Spyware, it is also commonly known as Adware and  Malware as well.

Spyware is software or a tracking cookies that is download and installed on you computer, they are designed in such away that the person using the computer will not even now that it has download and installed on there system. Many computer can and do have way more that just a few Spyware programs on there system. Most people don't even now they have Spyware or Adware on there system. It is estimated that over 90% of computer today are infected with some form of Spyware or Adware.

Spyware and Adware are designed to Spy on you and what YOU do. Sound Scary, well it gets worse. Spyware is usually designed by ether a company or a scam artist. If the Spyware was designed by a company it is usually designed to track your internet activity, habits and interests, which helps that company send to your computer “advertising” that match up with your interests so they will be more likely to sell something to you. Or they may sell the info which there Spyware gave on you to a three party. on the other hand if it is a hacker how has designed the Spyware, he could be trying to get information like your credit card number, bank account number, pass words and more, all of which you do not won't any one you do not trust to have.

In sort all Spyware, Adware, Malware had the potential to be a serious privacy threat to all concerned. And is something that should be taken vary seriously, and every step should be taken to remove it from the computer system ASAP.
